Loved the story on the power of swimming in natural settings. As a child and while my parents worked, my aunt would pile my siblings and her four boys (7 of us in total) into a car and take us to a waterhole outside Sherbrooke in the Eastern Townships. The water was the color of Coka Cola and had a beautiful water fall one could swim under. But you had to be a strong swimmer to get there!
